Food Pairng: Waffles and bacon biscuit
A Mimosa cocktail with exotic fruit pairing like strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, lime, etc the aromas will give off a crisp refreshing taste with the food. A Mimosa is made with a simple Chardonnay with a fruit of your choice. The Mimosa is a light body wine that will not over power the food, the food pairing with a crisp apple wood smoke bacon, fluffly buttermilk waffles, and eggs whites will be a sweet and slight balance from the flavors. Both pairings are perfect for a perfect brunch.

Food Pairing 2: The Lamb Burger with Frech Fries
Naan bread, tzatziki, salsa fresca, feta cheese
The Lamb burger is made from fresh salsa, feta chesse, and Naan bread, The lamb burger is tender and medium rare, Lamb is a rich meat that waters the mouth. Wines like Pinto Noir, Cabernet Sauigon that are strong in tannin, alcohol, body, are good for pairing, depend on the spices on the dish.
